Strategic Plan and Budget

The Strategic plan and budget document highlights the AGSA’s strategic foundation as well as the performance and financial plan for a period of three years. It is the outcome of an annual planning process which sets targets for the first year, as well as projections for the rest of the three-year period. The strategic elements, such as vision, mission and values, represent the long-term direction that guides the annual planning process. These strategic elements are normally reviewed over five-year periods.
